Wednesday, April 14 - Photos of Joe today

Joe continued to have an incredible day of recovery. He got up 3 times for walks around the floor with a great attitude. He has been a super patient and that is a large part of why his recovery is going so well. He was happy and in a good mood when visitors stopped by and enjoyed all the gifts he received. We cannot believe the generosity of everyone for the many cards, gift bags, gift baskets, games, toys, stuffed animals, balloons, movies, books, food, drinks, and other special items he recieved. We still have not been able to open all of the presents that have been delivered and Joe looks forward to that tomorrow. I wish all of you could see his face each time he opens a gift from one of you or hears us tell him about the many people who are sending their love and prayers...his face is precious. I am going to attach some pictures of the day so that you can get a feel for how well he really is doing. As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words...so here they are.
