Frustrating Day...No Appointment with GI Doc
We didn't get to meet with the GI doctor today. I was at the doctor with Joe for our consultation appointment at 8 a.m. but our referral from our medical insurance did not come through in time. After numerous calls to our PCM and insurance company the approval finally got approved in the insurance system but it was too late. I missed the appointment and could not get squeezed into another slot. VERY FRUSTRATING! We are rescheduled for Friday at 8 a.m. for another consultation. Kevin talked with the doctor's office this afternoon and it is likely they will try to fit us in for the procedure on Tuesday. Please pray that we can be scheduled for the colonoscopy on Tuesday.

I know it's frustrating but these are the most important times to remember who is in charge here and He knows your frustration and He knows why sometimes things work out in ways we don't understand. Thanks for keeping us all updated and know that we are praying for your family and thinking of you often.
