Wednesday, April 21 - Treatment Cancelled Today
Joe's treatments were cancelled today due to a problem with the planning software at the radiation oncologist's office. We went in for the chemotherapy and they told us about the problem and cancelled the chemotherapy as well since they want to start both treatments on the exact same day. The office is supposed to call us later today to confirm that we will be starting tomorrow. I think we would all like to get this going so that we can get it done. Since he is still feeling well and didn't have any treatments, we will get to bring him out to the ball fields tonight to watch his baseball team play. This will be nice for him to get out to see some of his friends and cheer on his team - Go Storm. We look forward to seeing our "baseball family" at the fields and thanking everyone for all their love, support and prayers.

Liz - it was so great to see you and your entire family tonight!! The boys looked adorable as always. I couldn't seem to take my eyes off Joe in the dugout. He looks great and had that gorgeous smile of his on his face. Please know that we are here to help out in any way we can. We love you guys! Stay strong and know that our prayers continue...
